The executive of Professors for a Strong Israel awards a Certificate of Appreciation to anyone who has contributed to the resilience of Israel in the following fields: politics, security, economy, society and law.  The members of Professors for a Strong Israel recommend candidates, backing their recommendations with the relevant documents and attestations.  Any person can qualify as a candidate: Israeli citizens and non-citizens, Jews and non-Jews.
